Dr. Ibrahim Boga, PhD is an accomplished biologist and molecular geneticist served at Cukurova University, with a PhD (2021) and MSc (2017) in Biotechnology from the Institute of Natural and Applied Science, Cukurova University, where he also completed a BSc in Biology (2006). His PhD work focused on Whole Genome and Transcriptome Profiling for Cancer Biomarker Detection, and his master’s research validated Next-Generation Sequencing methods for tumor-specific mutations and bioinformatics analysis. Dr. Boga had an experience of as Asst. Prof., Lecturer, and Chief of Genetic Diagnosis Laboratories at Cukurova University, contributing to laboratory leadership, quality management, and diagnostic research in medical genetics. His research spans life and health sciences, genomics, bioinformatics, and diagnostics. His professional experience includes leadership roles as Chief of Laboratory across genetic diagnosis laboratories and hematology units, extensive teaching in graduate and postgraduate courses on gene and cell therapies, sequencing technologies, and bioinformatics.
